Belvidere Evangelical Covenant Church has a long history in our community – over one hundred years! Through good times and stressful moments, we have seen God at work in our church and in peoples’ lives. We believe He is still at work – shaping and molding us, and calling us to continue growing in faith, love, and service.
Our church is a member of The Evangelical Covenant Church, a rapidly growing multi-ethnic denomination of over 900 churches in the United States and Canada, with mission and ministries on five continents of the world.
Our purpose as a church is to help students, senior adults, moms, dads, kids, singles, and married folks…
• KNOW God through a relationship of faith in Jesus Christ,
• GROW to become more and more like Jesus in who they are, be empowered and encouraged to
• GO and serve Jesus, in their church, their neighborhood, and their world, to
• SHOW the love of Jesus to the world.
